Officially the Tournament of Simulations (known as the War Games or WarGames Competition in 2001 & 2021, and as the Simulation Cup in 2012, 2014 & 2022), ToS was created and first held by the Simming League in 1999 to honor the best sims and role plays across the Internet. ToS is currently sponsored and run by Ongoing Worlds.
